Eligibility and Registration

The following eligibility requirements must be met to open an account and use services on the uubd1 platform:

• You must be 21 years of age or older.
• You must provide your real name, date of birth, email address, and any other relevant information.
• Each person may operate only one account. Opening multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• Accounts may not be opened using someone else's name or false information.
• We may request a government-issued ID or other documents for identity verification (KYC) at any time.

If the information provided at registration is found to be false or incomplete, we reserve the right to close the account and forfeit any funds held in it at any time.

Account Management

Each member is fully responsible for the security of their own account. Keep the following in mind for safe account management:

uubd1 will not be liable under any circumstances for indirect, special, or consequential damages. For any claim, our maximum liability will be limited to the value of the transaction in question.

Account Suspension and Closure

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently close any account in the following situations:

• If any clause of these terms is violated.
• If fraud, deception, or prohibited activity is suspected.
• If identity verification (KYC) cannot be completed.
• Due to a legal directive or regulatory requirement.
• If the member requests to close their own account.

Members may voluntarily close their account at any time. An opportunity to withdraw the verified balance will be provided before closure, unless the account is being closed due to fraud.

Responsible Gaming

uubd1 is committed to providing members with a healthy and controlled gaming experience. We firmly believe that online gaming should be for entertainment purposes only — it is not a source of income or a way to resolve financial problems.
